Welcome to Lockshot Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Lockshot", "we", "our", "us", or the "Promoter"). Lockshot offers a South African platform that enables participants to purchase tickets that give access to online skill games and competitions for cash, cars and other prizes.

By using this website and the services offered by us, you agree to these legally binding Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or any related services.

Qualifying persons

Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of South Africa. Employees, immediate family members, agents, representatives, and any person connected with the creation or administration of Lockshot competitions are not eligible to participate.

Competition entry process

Participants enter by purchasing tickets and participating in the skill-based game connected to the selected competition. Availability, pricing, entry limits and competition periods are specified at the point of sale.

Customer account

You need a Lockshot account to enter a competition. You may register using an email address or supported social sign-in. Each participant may only use one account, and multiple accounts used to abuse entry limits may be disqualified.

Competition judgment

Winning entries are determined by the rules of the relevant skill game and competition. Lockshot may use independent judges, score verification, tie-break processes, and fraud prevention reviews where required. Judges' and verified results are final.

Prizes

Weekly competitions are cash-focused. Monthly competitions may include vehicles or other high-value prizes. Cash alternatives, prize delivery timelines, runner-up prizes, and prize substitutions will be specified on the relevant competition page.

Fraud and abuse prevention

Lockshot may disqualify any entrant or void any entry suspected of breaching these Terms, creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, manipulating the system, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or coordinating entries unfairly.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lockshot is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the website, services, competitions, prizes, technical interruptions or third-party services.
